FileHubKit provides free automated tools for file formatting, image compression, and PDF manipulation. While our algorithms and client-side libraries are rigorously tested to ensure maximum quality and faithful representation, variance in operating systems, graphic rendering engines, PDF specifications, and embedded font encodings can occasionally lead to unexpected discrepancies in output.

2. Backup Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of their original documents, photographs, and data. FileHubKit performs all Phase 1 operations non-destructively in your browser, and does not overwrite your local master files. However, you should never discard original source files until you have verified that the exported file meets your precise specifications.

3. No Professional or Legal Representation

The materials and conversion results generated through FileHubKit do not constitute legal, financial, or technical certification. Users must verify compliance with specific official agency submission standards (such as passport photo dimensions or court PDF submission criteria) independently.
